How to make chicken Biriyani

Ingredients: 1 kg Basmati Rice,1.5 kg chicken things,6 tbsp mint leaves,2 tbsp Sunrise garam masala powder,4 pinches saffron,salt as required,4 tbsp coriander powder,2 tbsp finely ginger paste,2 tbsp finely garlic paste,6 green chili,3 tbsb tamatoo sauce,500 grams tamato,600 grams onion,4 tbsp cumin seeds,400 grams mastred oil,2 tbsp chili powder,3 tbsp milk,2 tbsp golap water.
Procedure: 1)Soak 1 kg Basmati rice in warm water,then wash in cold until the water.           2)Heat 3 tbsp milk in a non stick pan and cook 600 grams finely sliced large onion with 1 bay leaf, 3 cardamom pods and 1 small cinnamon stick for 15 mins.                                3)Sprinkle in 2 tbsp turmeric,then add 1.5 kg chicken legs,and 6 tbsp mint leaves.cook until aromatic.                                                                                                                                     4)Stir the rise into the non stick pan with 85g raisins,then pour over 900ml chicken stock.       5)Turn off the heat and leave for 15 mins.stir well,mixing through 20g chopped coriander.to serve,scatter over the leaves of the remaining 20g coriander and 3 tbsp tosted almonds.Then seve to ready"CHICKEN BIRIYANI"
